Jessops, the UK’s leading photographic retailer, launched the new and exclusive Fuji Finepix F72EXR camera. As to its features they appear to be almost the same as those of the recently-announced F70EXR. But the finish is different – now the camera is housed in an attractive metal black body.

The F72EXR spots 10 megapixels of resolution, 10x optical zoom and intelligent EXR technology previously used in the F200EXR digital camera.

The camera combines style and functionality to allow you to take great pictures in the most challenging of conditions. It shows outstanding dynamic range and low-light performance.

Alongside with Auto and EXR shooting Modes the camera offers such unique modes as Multi Frame function, Film Simulation Mode, and Super Intelligent Flash.

The EXR Auto technology automatically recognizes scenes and selects the ideal shooting mode. Moreover, it sets the sensor to optimize shooting. You can choose between High Resolution Priority, High ISO and Low Noise Priority or D-Range Priority in EXR mode.

High Resolution Priority Mode allows you to maximize resolution while Low Noise Priority provides for high quality low-light work. D-Range Priority should be set if the best detail with contrast subjects is preferable.

The F72 EXR features the Advanced Face Detection of up to 10 detected faces.There’s also Pro-Focus mode in the camera to make it possible to create professional looking images with a shallow depth of field.
