Eastman Kodak Company announce the new addition to their camera family, the Kodak EasyShare Z950.
This 12 megapixel digital camera offers a 10X optical zoom, HD video capabilities and 3 inch LCD Screen with 5 level brightness adjustments.
The Z950 promises to give you pro-like performance, so you can get outstanding shots in various scenarios. Its lens delivers sharp pictures due to minimum shading and low distortion and Optical Image Stabilization that is included to compensate for camera shake.
Moreover, Full Manual controls mean that you can be as creative as you like choosing between high ISO, sport, P (program), A (aperture priority), S (shutter priority), M (manual), panorama, video and SCN modes.
For beginners, Kodak’s innovative Smart Capture will automatically analyze scene conditions, adjust focus, flash, and exposure. It will also reduce noise and clear up dark shadows for vibrant details and true-to-life colors. Face Detection, in its turn, locates faces and adjusts camera settings for nice shots of friends and family.
KODAK PERFECT TOUCH Technology is also available in PASM modes with the help of which you can lighten dark shadows and reveal brighter pictures and save your memories in richer detail.
The Z950 is part of the KODAK EASYSHARE System, so it features one button upload via Share button and KODAK EASYSHARE Software to upload your pictures and videos to YouTube™ and KODAK Gallery.
Camera Reviews:
Digitalcamerareview.com:
The camera houses a high quality lens and clear, understandable menus. It shows good ISO performance but photos are frequently overexposed with somewhat bland colors.
Photographyblog.com:
The Kodak EasyShare Z950 is a beginner friendly digital camera with a budget price that nevertheless provides manual controls and tweak-able settings. So, though its image quality is variable on occasion, better results are achievable at your disposal.
Digitalcamerainfo.com:
The Z950 is a decent camera taking good pictures and has a zoom long enough to get close to the action. But some of the features don’t live up to the hype. There are just other cameras that cost about the same and do a better job.
