    1. Who are you? Please give a brief background information. My name is Bev. I live in a little place in pa. I am a 61 year old stay at home grand mother.

    2. How long have you been doing photography? I have always been interested in taking pictures. Just got into it more a couple years ago. Have only used digital camera for 2 years.

    3. How did you start doing photography? What got you interested in it? I have a very busy granddaughter. She is in a lot of school activities and sports. She is also in 4h and does horse shows. I attend a lot of her events and take pictures to create memories.

    4. Do you earn living from photography or you do photography as your hobby/ your half time job? Hobby.

    5. What’s your day job? Homemaker.

    7. Are you specializing in a particular area of photography? What is your favourite type of photography? Trying to learn all types. Mostly like landscapes, sunrises and sunsets. Also horses. They are the easiest animal for me to capture. They stand still longer.

    8. How do you educate yourself? Do you read special literature, visit photography galleries? What photo books/magazines do you have on your bookshelf? I mostly read photography tips on the web and in magazines when i run across them.

    9. What are your favorite places/objects to shoot? Sunsets, sunrises and landscapes.

    10. What equipment and software do you use? (camera(s), lenses, film, etc.) I just have 2 kodak easyshare. I use photo filtre and picassa 2 the most.

    11. What is your opinion on post-processing, especially enhancing pictures? The basic editing is ok with me.

    12. What advice would you give someone who is interested in photography and wants to improve their photography skills? Just learn from their mistakes. Practice, read tips and have fun.

    13. What’s the most challenging aspect of photography for you? What’s the best part of it? Lighting. I cant take good low light shots. the best part is when a picture turns out like you wanted it to.
