PicResize 2.0 is a free online application for editing your digital images.

It allows you to resize and crop your photos, as well as to add special effects to them, including Gaussian Blur, Oil Paint, Equalize, Grayscale, etc. Besides, you can use this tool for rotating, sharpening and spreading your images. You can also raise or frame your images choosing a color.

Note, that PicResize edit your images, but it doesn’t provide you with webspace to host them, so you must Download and Save your resized image immediately after it has been edited! Otherwise, it will be automatically deleted from the servers within 20 minutes.
