Samsung cell phones: SGH-Z720
Mobile Burn has reviewed the Samsung SGH-Z720 and writes “the Samsung SGH-Z720 is the top end of the new introductions, sporting HSDPA high-speed data, a 3 megapixel camera with autofocus, and 1.9″ QVGA resolution TFT LCD display in a slender 13.8mm design. A forward facing camera for video calling is also included, as is a document viewer, voice memo, and PIM functions.
Also boasting HSDPA technology, the Samsung SGH-Z620 wins the crown of the world’s slimmest device with the 3.5G data standard - measuring just 11.8mm. A swiveling 2 megapixel camera allows both photo taking and video calling, and a 2.3″ QVGA resolution display is also included, making this a very attractive handset indeed.
Rounding out the batch is the SGH-Z370. With a weight of 71g and a thickness of 8.4mm, this is the slimmest 3G capable handset around. Multimedia is taken care of with a 2 megapixel camera for photos and a VGA resolution unit for video calling, and everything can be seen on the 1.9″ TFT display. Java compatibility, microSD memory expansion, and full PIM functions round out the feature set of the little phone that could.
While the new Samsung Ultra Edition range may bear a striking similarity to the original Ultras announced in Singapore earlier this year, their increased thickness and improved feature set do make them stand out from their Samsung relatives.”
