The Pentax Optio M10 is a digital camera, aimed for novices and sporting a 6 megapixel CCD Imager, a 3x optical and 4x digital zoom, a 2.5 inch LCD monitor and a great deal of helping guides for inexperienced users.
The M10 was primarily designed for amateur photographers to be their first learning camera. But it also suits more experienced users as incorporates such concepts like white balance or exposure. With its simple, average-sized design, the camera feels comfortable in the hand and looks firm. Being an entry-level camera it offers myriad of features for novices such as 15 scene modes, each with its own guide and “green mode”. Its price varies between £100-150.
