Qtek - 8500
Qtek’s 8500 is the first Windows Mobile which appeared in a flip style.
You may not like the text pad. It`s not so easy to text in comparison with other models. The phone is a music player to some extent. There are controls on the front to manage tunes being played back through the Windows Media Player. It`s very convenient. You don`t need to open the flip. The screen (128 x 128 pixel, 1.2-inch) provides information about what is being played. This screen is quite functional. It can also show photos of incoming callers.
But you may need to add some memory if you want to carry many tunes around. There is a slot for microSD cards. A good thing is that with Bluetooth turned off you can enjoy music for four hours!
Of course there is a camera. A button on the right side of the handset activates the camera. The front screen turns into a viewfinder and you can easily take pictures of yourself. You can shoot not only yourself but everything you are looking at. The quality of images isn`t great. But in general it`s OK!
