A lover of photographic expression, an advocate of creative activity, and a believer in artistic senses.

5-10 years on and off
3. How did you start doing photography? What got you interested in it?
My mom put me in a photography class when I was 7, I loved it.

Hobby right now, still studying all I can in an Independent Study Course

7. Are you specializing in a particular area of photography? What are your favorite places/objects to shoot? This

Nature/people is more of my niche, but I'm hoping to discover talent in
the other areas also.
8. Who are your big photographic influences?
My photography mentor and a good friend of mine who is amazing in the photography work that she does.
9. How do you educate yourself? Do you read special literature,

digital, film, black and white, etc.

Nikon N55 SLR (Nikon Lens) and a Nikon D80 DSLR (Tamron Lens) Various films, I don't really have a preferance.

Sometimes it adds a nice effect but overall I do not like digitally
enhanced photos that look too fake, it takes so much emotion out of a

Develop your own style. Once you do that, study the techniques generally used for that style, then make up your own. Practice!
13. What's the most challenging aspect of photography for you? What's the best part of it?
The most challenging thing is having emotion and pictures come alive,
it is not all about lighting and composition. The best part is just the
ability of expression and the freedom given to any photographer.
