Love it
I bought the 10" model as a present for my wife and she loves it. I was worried because I had read a lot of reviews about digital photo frames having poor usability, but this frame is simple to use. All you need to do is plug in a memory card with photos and away it goes. Very clear and bright screen too.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
I am very disappointed in this product. It is a very attractive frame and a nice size but it does not work. My daughter downloaded some wedding pictures on the frame. About a week later I went to her house to see the frame with wedding pictures. About six pictures in the frame just stopped and showed vertical lines only. She turned it off and back on and all she sees are vertical lines. Also there is no off/on for the music. You just have to turn it down to stop the music.
