Great, as long as it is working, but...
Bought this model based on Casio's reputation.

First the good news... this is an awesome projector when it is working. Excellent resolution for powerpoint of even small text. Excellent brightness so that image is viewable in even the most well-lit rooms without dimming the lights. Super light and compact makes it a good choice for road warriors. Very simple to use.

Now the bad news... projector died in less than a year (while in the middle of a presentation). Tried replacing the very expensive bulb (more than $300) and projector still would not work. GOOD LUCK GETTING HELP FROM CASIO. No one, and I mean no one including the store where I purchased this projector will even attempt to repair it. Casio website tells you to go to a "Casio authorized dealer" but only lists Montrose, CA and San Juan, PR. When you click on the tab for East Coast locations it does not tell you where to find one but flips you back to a starting screen. If you click "online repair request," you go to an inactive web page. No phone number or email info given either.

When you try to return it to the manufacturer for repair the link tells you the cost will be $120-1000 "to be determined upon receipt of projector" (with s/h costs passed on to the consumer). Good grief.

In the end I have an $1100 paper weight and now must consider purchasing another projector. This time, I am going with Epson, as they provide a two year warranty and toll free help service line.

surprised at the brightness, seriously bright for 3000 lumens
This is really for the Casio S 57 which I purchased at B&H because I couldn't find it here. They're pretty similiar.

Bottom line is Casio's 3000 lumens is really surprising. I purchased an Epson Powerlite earlier this year and after seeing this I feel really stupid for thinking the price was going to equal quality.

The Keystone Correction is the best invention ever, throw it up on the wall and the machine corrects the angle automatically, making it square. So nice.

And this is plenty of light for conference rooms. Movies are a go also. Haven't had it long but it's looking great so far.

The problem with the Casio's is that they're noisy. Putting it in "eco mode" will help a great deal and it doesn't compromise light drastically. But it's still too much ambient noise. If someone is directly across the table in it's path, then it's: "yo Bobert, what? WHAT?"
