Good product but....
I like the quality of the product and it is exactly what I expected but one of the light stands and the cross bar were damaged. It appears as though they were hit and bent in the shipping process.

I am still waiting for replacement nearly three weeks later. I had a bit of a hard time getting through to customer service at Cowboy Studio through their e-mail system that they want you to use.

They wanted to see a picture of the damaged merchandise but then I could not get the e-mailed picture through because their in box was full.

I finally received an e-mail that stated they would ship replacement parts but that was over a couple of weeks ago.

Still waiting.....

This thing is HUGE!
I guess I didn't really realize how big 13' across is cuz this thing is huge, but you do have the ability to leave out 1 or 2 of the 4 total cross bars to keep it more narrow for smaller spaces. Simple and easy to put together. The carrying bag is really nice and handy. Of course the backdrops come folded up tightly so they are extremely wrinkled. I spent 2 hours with my little junkie steamer trying to get the wrinkles out of the white backdrop. Got them out for the most part. But I think if you are using a low aperture (5.6 or less) and your subject is at least 4 feet from the white backdrop, then even a little bit of wrinkling won't show. And if so, hey, that's what Photoshop is for.

Great for the price
I was a little concerned when I ordered it, because it was so inexpensive. However I am not disappointed, and have purchased more equipment from cowboystudio without any issues.
