SquareTrades Warranty Claims
I have had a few SquareTrades warrantees both for eBay items and retail store purchases. I have had 2 claims and can tell you first hand that the service is great. I got one item repaired and the full purchase price back on the other. The cost of the warranty was less than other sources but the value was exceptional. I recommend SquareTrade to all of my friends.

Fast, easy, courteous!
I called Square Trade as I had recently moved and changed my e-mail address, etc. The S.T. representative who was very courteous took my information and helped me reset my log-in information. I went to the website, printed out a prepaid shipping label and sent in my broken camera. Square Trade credited the value of the camera to my Paypal account in very short order. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

Square Trade Warranty
I purchased a camera in December 2007 for my husband. I also purchased the Square Trade 3 year warranty for a very reasonable rate. Recently the camera lost the ability to focus and I returned it as per Square Trade instruction. They assesed the problem, determined it was not fixable and sent money to my PayPal account. No questions asked. I would highly recommend this coverage.

Nikon D40 camera/ lens repair
I had my Nikon D40 and 55/200 lens knocked on the floor and it smashed the lens and the camera wouldn't work. I called Square trade and since i had ADH warranty, they said send it in 2 weeks ago. Today, i got both back and they work like new. Everything electrical i buy will be warranted by Square trade. They do what they say they will.
