When it comes to the features, the Polaroid i639M has all the standard specs! One comes across a 6 megapixel resolution, 2.4" inch LCD, 3x optical zoom and a Video recording Mode. The camera has an internal memory of 16 MB and is also PictBridge compatible. Voice recording is possible and so is still image compression in JPEG.
