I rate this product as exception. I had a few startup problems that were solved by the TOMTOM service desk. All features worked well.

Im in germany.I deleted the American maps...and installed the European one.Took me to Amsterdam as if I lived there before.A very good investment.Travel confidence as a foreigner has increased 10 fold.

Great Gps and easy to use
Great GPS and very easy to use
The bad would be battery life is shorter than expected
I would give it an A- as its everything i would want from a GPS and dont use it on battery only very much

Tom Tom GO
I bought 2 Tom Tom Gos (factory refurbished) and we really like them and they're ez to operate. We've only actually used one of them so far but we recommend them to all our friends. I would only recommend buying a case to keep everything in wires & mount etc.
