Customers Reviews 2009-01-06 Canon Powershot SD790IS My brother-in-law loves this camera. It's small, and easy to use. It takes beautiful pictures. | 2009-01-05 Canon Powershot SD790 IS is very cool I've been shopping around for a digital camera for a while, but I've always been put off by the prices. When I saw how cheap some were, I decided to finally shop around seriously. When I came across this camera, It stuck with me. Its solid construction, the big LCD screen, the face detection and Image Stabilization, 10 Mega Pixels, and customizing features at a reasonable price all appealed to me. I'm not a professional photographer, I just wanted a point and shoot camera, and let me tell you that this one goes above and beyond. My only criteria when shopping was that it be a solid camera, nice size LCD display, and 10 or above mega pixels. This one fit the bill perfectly. I actually like the flat Razr like buttons, they work great. So far, I take pictures of everything, and I love using the features like Color Swap, Color Accent, Digital Macro, and any shot you take will come out beautifully. It's also fast aswell. All in all, a great camera for the price. I actually feel its more camera for the price. Just having fun taking crystal clear pictures is enough to fork over the dough! | 2009-01-02 Read Everything So I read every review possible on all the cameras I was debating between...and this won. Boy, am I glad I chose it. It did not let me down! I am thoroughly satisfied. | 2009-01-01 YESYESYES well i must say that this camera is the best camera i've had yet. it takes VERY clear pictures, and has many many cool features! you MUST love this camera. its BOMMBB. | 2008-12-31 Christmas Preasent It works amazing, fast start up, great pictures, and videos. Absolutely love it. It has some weight to it, which is nice. Feels like your actually holding a camera. Overall it is a great camera. | |

Digital Camera Reviews: Canon PowerShots SD600, SD630, SD700 ISHello! Today we continue with our Canon digital cameras reviews. But in this post we will dwell on another series: Canon PowerShot SD. If you are not against, we will act on our old worked-out scheme, i.e. compare several cameras of the same series but of different level of production, I mean features and capabilities. We will distinguish between their similarities and differences and note this down in 2 tables.
(But if you have any objections, advice or wishes, you are welcome with them any time! I’ll be extremely happy to read and to take them in consideration, as well as try to fulfill.)
And today we are going to have a look at Canon PowerShot SD 600, SD630 and SD700 IS that will be available in April 2006. To be more exact, now we’ll delimit their properties and next time we’ll discuss their features, all the pros and cons in a more detailed way.
