pleasantly surprised
Order went smooth. Recieved battery promptly but, it was the wrong one. E-mailed BargainCell. It took them about three days to get back to me. In the meantime I did some research and found that the battery they sent me was compatible with my krazr. So when they contacted me they offered me a complete refund for return or half refund if I keep the battery they sent me. I took the half refund and the battery they sent has worked fine so far, it's been a month. Good service.

Motorola replacement battery
I am very pleased with the battery I purchased. It works great and the price was fantastic. I could have spent a whole lot more if I had gone to the Verizon store.

Less than pleased
Product received not as ordered or pictured. If model BT-50 is the replacement style for SNN5762 it should have been stated in the copy. Furthermore, the item picture should also reflect what is being shipped. Supplier took too long to ship and deliver. When supplier was contacted about late delivery, their response was inadequate, simply stating that it was in the US Postal system and to wait another week before filing a claim. Product has not been used long enough to render a verdict on its value.
