Working great so far . . .
I have a JVC Everio for around a month now and this battery has worked great so far! In fact, I've only charged it once and have used it for probably around two hours of video with no issues at all. It's obviously heavier than the original battery, but not so heavy that it make the camcorder tilt up when taking video. I recommend it!

Good Value
I purchased this battery about a month ago to serve as a back battery to the one that came with the camera. My brother's wedding was coming up and I didn't want to run out of battery power and have to wait to recharge original battery. So I bought this one, and I had plenty of battery power for the wedding. In fact, this battery has twice the lasting power and hours of the battery that came with my camcorder. It match up perfectly for the specs type of battery I needed and Amazon.com had the best price for both the battery itslef and delivery charge. All-in-all, a very satisfying purchase. I would recommend this battery to anyone that had a similar camcorder, and I also recommend checking out Amazon.com's prices for any camera or camcorder accessory before making a final purchase.

Use this as your main battery
Bought a JVC Everio MS-100 recently and knew right away that I would need to purchase an additional battery. Batteries that are included with camcorders always have the lowest amount of record time. This 815US is slightly bulky but the way it attaches to the back of my MS-100 the bulk is not too much of a hindrance.
I get about 3hrs of recording time using this battery on my new JVC camcorder. When I use this in combination with the included battery from my camcorder, I get about 5 hrs of battery life. That's plenty for me. Plus I'll use this as the main battery and the smaller one as the backup. I recommend this for anyone who plans on using their camcorder for an extended period of time.

Great Battery, Enough Power For Extended Shooting - Highly Recommended!
The JVC BN-VF815 provides engough power to shoot for about 2.5 hours, which is just about perfect when using 16mb SDHC cards in my JVC Everio GZ-HM200 Dual SD High-Def Camcorder (Black) in XP mode.
The battery is somewhat larger (about 1/2") than the BN-VF808 that came with the camera and I have posted pictures to show the difference. It took roughly 2.25 hours for the battery to fully charge the first time.
We now leave this battery connected to the camera and carry the BN-808 in the case, giving us a total of 4 hours or so of recording time!
Highly recommended!
