Product and customer service both duds
I ordered and received a nonfunctioning unit in October. I contacted the company and several weeks later, I received a replacement unit...which also didn't work. I then returned the second nonfunctioning unit with instructions that I still wanted a working unit and then I waited for a replacement. I sent 3 more emails to the company and then I waited...I waited over 5 weeks to receive at least an email from them but I receive NOTHING after the initial contact. I finally had to contact my credit card company to have the order credited to my account. Definitely not a way to run a business!

Excellent headset for the price
Although it is not as good as the bh-902, this is an excellent headset for the price, and it is actually much smaller than other headsets i have owned. Fast shipping and great price

Perfect, maybe the best mix of features for your Nokia BT phone.
Looking at all the choices out there, my decision became guided by a need to share chargers with my existing Nokia phone (an N95-3), and support for the latest standards. This is one of the few choices that sells for under $50 that meets those criteria and in use has proven to be an excellent performer. In my left ear, it's comfortable and ultimately adjustable.
The only possible issue is that I bought two and my wife told me that hers felt uncomfortable after wearing it for 3 hours. Go figure--my ears feel uncomfortable after 3 hours just sitting on my head (sometimes).
