Haven't used it yet...it's a replacement in case main lamp fails...won't find out until then if it works.

VERY short life and Amazon won't replace
I bought one of these bulbs about a month and a half ago. It has ALREADY stopped working. Because it has been over 30 days, Amazon won't replace it or refund my money. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Sharp Projector Lamp
I had my sharp projector for close to two years before the bulb blew out on me -- Which unfortunately was my fault for leaving the projector plugged into the wall during a thunderstorm (Note to readers: Don't do that!). So its kind of a pricey fix($300 is standard - I found it on Amazon for around $276), however, much to my surprise, I ordered the new lamp and it was on my doorstep the very next day. It was very easy to pull out the old lamp and install the new one. In fact within 10 minutes of receiving the new lamp I was back in business. End result: I wish I could pay less, nevertheless, I'm a very satisfied customer.
