Will fit EVERYONE
I am a very big guy, 6x shirts and i bought this in hopes it would stretch or add material to it to make it fit, But there was no need, i opened the package and moved all adjustments to the max and put it on, i actually had to tighten it back up it was to loose. Only down fall of this product is the attachment doesnt fit my NIKON Action EX 8x40 8.2 degree waterproof binoculars. This product does come with two small key ring like adapters to assist in this problem but here is the problem....The only way to attach them on my set is to use the provided strip ties to secure the rings to the binoculars and then attack the harness to that 1) very cheasy way to attach to a very expensive set of binoculars and 2) the one zip tie broke during instal so now i have to find another way to attaching my harness. The good part is i don't think it will be to difficult just have to head to the store and find something. If i had to do it all over again i would buy these in a heart beat just do to the size and the solid construction. 5 stars

Nikon 6121 Prostaff Bino Harness
Great Product! Used it for binos and camera while hiking in Alaska and Canada. Adjustable to fit over a jacket. Keeps bino and camera from bouncing around on your chest. Also great when bending over - no swinging around of supported item.

Harness is ok-Amazon's picture is not.
I bought this harness as a gift for my son. I was looking for a harness with the connecting straps that are shown in the picture. What we got was a decent harness without the connecting straps.

While the harness is ok, I'm very disappointed with Amazon. The inaccurate picture feels a lot like a bait and switch. I certainly wouldn't have ordered this harness based on the picture that's actually on the packaging. No fault of Nikon's, but I can't say the same for Amazon.

Also, the processing and shipping time on this order was crazy. Over ten days before the order was even ready to ship. I'm a long-time Amazon customer and used to be quite of fan of their customer service, but sadly, I just can't say that anymore.

Great!
I got his for my wife to us with her camera. It releaves pressure on the neck. I also tryied it with my binoculars and worked like champ. It i soft, padded, and easy to put on.

If the standard harness puts too much pressue on your neck then I recommend this harness!

Did anybody measure?
The elastic pieces were not cut to the same length. Therefor, there is an 8" difference in strap adjustment lengths. This made it almost impossible, without the help of someone else, to adjust the straps by yourself. The NIKON shoulder pad on one side was not able to pad the shoulder because it could not slide over plastic strap adjuster 'thing'; it had to be 8 inches higher on that side. The plastic clips are CHEAP, to say the least, and using a metal keyring and a plastic connector was also cheap. GREAT idea, but since I bought mine I have seen several other higher quality harnesses. I would definitely NOT recommend this product.

Nikon Cameras History

Nikon Corporation is one of the major companies of the Mitsubishi Group, a multinational corporation headquartered in Tokyo, Japan and specializing in optics and imaging.

Nippon Kogaku K.K., or Japanese Optical Society (afterwards became known as Nikon Corporation) was formed at July 25, 1917 as a result of merging of three firms: Tokyo Keiki Seisaku-sho's optical division, Iwaki Glass Seisaku-sho и Fujii Lens Seizo-sho. The new company was aimed at manufacturing high-quality optics for Imperial Japanese Navy. And up to 1945 it actually was their main goal that determined the company’s philosophy and traditions. The first president of Nippon Kogaku was Yoshihira Wada.

Apart from military equipment the company produced microscopes, telescopes and other measuring instruments for industry and science. From 1932 they started serial production of Nikkor lenses for photo cameras. It’s an interesting fact that all Canon cameras, launched between 1937 and 1947 were equipped with lenses produced by Nikon!

After the WW II Nippon Kogaku K.K. manufactured its own camera –a rangefinder Nikon 1 – and stopped manufacturing lenses for Canon. The new camera appeared already Nikon-branded.
