Polaroid No Longer Manufactures Film!
While some stock still remains of the film, it is an absolute fact that Polaroid stopped manufacturing it several months ago. Current stock of film will last no more than a year. If you want a great instant camera get the Fuji Instax mini or Instax 200. Cheaper price, far superior quality. And you won't have to worry about getting film later.

Great Instant Camera
Amazing camera, you can still buy film for this on ebay. Search for "Fuji Instax Mini" (it MUST be Mini).

It works PERFECT w/ fujifilm mini instax film
I wanted to get mini instant camera but the one from fujifilm was a bit expensive for me since the films are expensive too. So I purchased Polaroid Mio after I heard that it works with fujifilm's instax mini film. I inserted the instax mini film and it works perfect! The photos are fantastic. I am totally satisfied with this purchase.

so cool!
i've never heard of this little machine but it does the job just like i wanted! i bought this for my wedding, so guests can take pictures of themselves to add to our guest book and i didn't want as big of a picture as a regular polaroid and this is the perfect size! the camera itself was bigger than i thought, but it's super cute. a little bit rolli-polli, but just need to get used to it. the film is no longer made, but you can just use the fujifilm equivalent. i'm excited to use it!

Instant photography was introduced with the Polaroid Model 95 camera and Type 40 film at the presentation to The Optical Society in New York City on February 21st, 1947. Polaroid Instant Cameras reached the retail stores in 1948. They were a success as well as later models; and by the early 60th Polaroid expanded to Canada and Europe offering to public not only cameras, but film rolls (both black & white and color (since 1963)).

In 1972 Polaroid made a revolution in photography launching a “magic camera.” The SX-70 appeared to be a true SLR that folds flat and produces photographs instantly. Autofocus technology comes a little bit later with the SX-70 Sonar OneStep and the Pronto! Sonar OneStep cameras.

In 1986 Polaroid defeated Kodak in a patent battle and forced Kodak to leav...   More About Polaroid Cameras
