I have purchased over 30 Pioneer X-Pando magnetic albums for use in my hobby of recording a history of my family. They are a superb product, are acid free, and have preserved old and new photos exceptionally well. I especially like the ability to add additional pages by just adding extensions to the posts. This is a very good product and I highly recommend them

Magnetic Album=Ruined Photos
Magnetic albums, such as THIS one, ruin photos! If you want your photos to remain in good condition (not faded out and permanently glued to the page) in 5 years and 10 years, spend a little more to buy albums made with acid-free and LIGNIN-free paper (lignin is the substance that turns newsprint and other paper yellow with time). Even better, get albums with paper that is BUFFERED, in addition to being acid- and lignin-free. Buffering neutralizes acid present in the paper your photos are printed on. Many companies offer photo albums as I describe; I buy mine from a representative of Creative Memories (formerly Webway.)

A Good Buy
The page size is very practical and it seems to be a high quality procuct (I have only had it for 2 days). It lays very flat, not uneven like a binder, and it can be expanded a lot. The only problem is that the refills seem a bit pricy. I could buy another album with 10 sheets for less than it would cost to buy 10 refill pages. Overall though, I am happy with my purchase.
