in only 5 days.
The last two weeks have been so stressful. I can't believe how much goes into planning a wedding.
Today we have to pick up the gowns, go pay off the wedding cake, go pay off the reception, hotel, and go over everything with the hotel to make sure the reception room will be perfect.
The wedding/reception is taking place at a Resort on the beach. Everything is indoors. Its been in the 90s here so I hope they lower the temperature in the reception room.
I'll post some photographs after the wedding.
I'm also going to be a first time grandma. My daughter had a 4D ultrasound and you can see the baby's features. He's due at the end of August. :D

Well...my baby girl is now a married woman.
The wedding day started with the hotel losing the power. By the time hubby and I arrived it was back on but extremely hot inside.
We put all of the favors, candy, goody bags, etc., out on the tables. When we were done my hair was soaking wet. They lowered the ac to 65 to get the room cold.
I washed up in my daughter's room. She threw everyone out except for her best friend. I didn't see her until she was standing at the door for her dad to walk her down the aisle.
She looked so beautiful. I cried. Daddy cried during Daddy's Little Girl. LOL Everyone said they had a great time and that we did a wonderful job on the wedding.
I'm so happy that everything ended so perfectly. |
