Well, shotaddict has already provided us with 3 parts of this great article (to my mind).
Why do I like it?
I'm sure it's not easy today to find articles like this (maybe books only). It contains the information I've been suspecting but couldn't formulate with words. For example, that texture is so important for the whole composition, that space is also a texture and we can show with the help of falling snow.
That we can use color as Subordination or Coordination, then the shot will be balanced.
And about subject... I've looked through my photos and most of them.. they don't have subject at all.. a real story, a form that every viewer can fill with his feelings... I've decided to write down some ideas, feelings from books, songs, films... and maybe I'll find interesting ways to show them with photos... i hope :)
All in all, the article rises a lot of interesting questions...
And the photos are really wonderful! I'm looking forward to the next part! _________________ my photos are O.K. to edit |
