Lynxy, why shouldn't you mix the subjects?...

because it too long to read! joking :D

Though it's good when one is thinking hard in front of your photo but... I don't feel these two subjects are combined here, sorry. Think of another way to combine them. Don't stop at my preceding appraisal.

Aleksandra, yeah... may be you're right.
But if exceeding the limits of "Children" contest.. Can't we just perceive this pic as the contrast of big and small, stressing that children are children..

denisebug1, thank you, now I've got the idea of yours :)

:D It's a good idea to show contrast with the help of different sized objects, but these objects should be of the same origin. I mean it's difficult to compare abstract and concrete.

I don't really know, but it seems to me that she was running and suddenly fell down. And the boys just kept on running. It's a cruel world :)

what hits me right off the bat is the blah coloring. I think if you adjusted the brightness, maybe even a simple auto-levels, that it would really perk up the photo. The picture itself would have been hysterical if you had snapped it probably 1/2 second earlier, catching her in full face-plant with her back legs still up in the air. :D (of course without any injury).
