Sorry, if I'm posting in the wrong place, I'm new here ))

First of all, thank you! It's useful information!
But I think the main problem is not how to catch a lightning but how to carry a camera about when thunderstorm begins ))))
And I haven't ever known that I can cover the lens if the light is too bright! I'll try it! Surely! ))

i wished i could make images like that - i also checked the article for photoshopped lightning - it looks cool, but not so natural as in the first article.

babylon, you can try now just print the article out )))
I also don't think that those great photos were shoot at once. Everything requires some efforts .. and a good camera )))

I've found a cool site with tips on lightning shooting. They even help to shoot lightning in the daytime.
