I just registered here an I'm trying to upload photos to a gallery to enter in a contest. The rules state: made with a digital camera, file format .jpeg,
file size under 250KB, width above 400 pixels. My pics meet those criteria, but I get error messages saying they exceed the height and width parameters. Doesn't make sense how they can exceed if width required is above 400 pixels. Help please! I know i' :?: m missing something but don't know what it is. |

I am not certain why you get the error if your image meets the limits. I would recommend you trying to upload other size images to see what works.

| okay, thanks, I'll try that. It's frustrating because I spent an hour I didn't have editing them to meet the rules and they don't work. |

| I reduced the pixels and they worked. Guess they were too large. |
