To the Forum operators...
I mentioned it would be nice to have a chat channel some time back and brought it up again just recently in another forum. I think there would be some interest in such a feature if it is possible.

I have added this idea to 'consider' list. You know we are sometimes slow, but I keep track and records of all ideas I read in the forum - and we even implement some :) _________________ New here? Welcome to our community! |

| I think to be able to chat with other photographers would be GREAT. |

That's just the thing we need but there is a sole problem: we will always have to arrange the time to get together (in case we get the chat). |

We have added chat solution to the forum - find LIVE CHAT icon in the top left corner.
It is a third party solution, so shotaddict forum ID's are not displayed in that chat room, but hopefully this will be not a problem to our users. _________________ New here? Welcome to our community! |

The chat system is easy to use all you have to do is click the button and you are there, the only thing is that no one is ever on it at the same time. As rainman said we need to arrange a time where at least a couple people can make it so that we can test it out. I am available today after 5pm central time, the same with tomorrow. Thursday and Friday I am available after 2pm, Saturday before 4pm, and all day Sunday. So there is my schedule for the week is anyone available at the time I am, if so let me know and we can test it out. |

| I normally only work away from home a couple days a week from 11 am - 7 pm, but, 2 of my co-workers had a family emergency and had to go to MN, so I'm covering their days until they get back, hopefully next week. As crazy as it is around my house right now, I can't set up a time until they get back and I get a day off work again. |

Sunday mornings is usually a good time to catch me on here.

| The chat channel works!!! JLW and I were able to meet up there at the same time yesterday morning and chatted for about an hour with no significant problems. He mentioned there was an ad on the bottom of the page that popped up when you scrolled over it, but I use Firefox with the NoScript plug-in so I didn't have this problem. |
