| I just want to share my observation with shotaddict members. I haven't been to this website for some time, and now when i come back, i noticed that photos submitted to shotaddict photo contests are of much higher quality than they used to be. I think it means that new people join our community and old members grew better photographers as well. I looked through the photos in Everyday contest and gave most shots a 10. It is really difficult to choose a winner this time. |

I was going thru some of the pictures and happened to notice that FotoFox has entered a couple new pics in the TRUE LOVE contest!... Well I thought that the rules of this site were to enter YOUR OWN PICTURES into contests... Well the two pictures that she entered into this contest are not her images... They are images that I took at her wedding... I don't feel she has the right to enter them into the contest.. She was not the person behind the camera and these images should be removed... IT IS MY WORK SHE IS TRYING TO TAKE CREDIT FOR... I would appreciate it if these images could be removed from the contest.... And she could be reminded of the rules!!!

I think we should welcome back FotoFox - she is one of the oldest members of our website.
To Heatherlynne:
You are our top member, you are the winner of several shotaddict photo contests, your name is on top of ALL our photographer lists. So, you are a much respected person here. And it seems to me that you know FotoFox personally - it would be great if you resolve this question with photos peacefully and contacting each other directly.

You are right... FotoFox and i were friends at one time... However that is no longer the case... We have no contact and i have no desire to even talk to her!......I did send her a comment about the pics being mine and not hers and she has not or will not take those pics down.. I thought that you were only suppose to enter ur own pics into contests... I would like you guys to remove these images... I do like being on shotaddict..... its a great site ive enjoyed my time here and have learned a thing or two... But shotaddict is only one on thousands of photo sites on the world wide web... Unfortunatly if you guys cant help me out with a copyright issue... then i plan on quitting this site and finding a new one... I have reffered many people to this site and would hate to have to quit it... Like i said before... i enjoy my time on this site! I am upset that another person is entering pictures that i took into contests as if they were her own! When they clearly are not!

To Heatherlynne:
Copyright issues are of great importance and shotaddict photo contest rules allow you to enter ONLY your own images.
If FotoFox can't provide any proof of making these pics and does not join this discussion shotaddict administration has no choice, but to remove the images in question.
Heatherlynne, could you specify URL's of the images that violate the copyright issues?
