Do you buy second hand photo equipment? I mean it is OK to buy a used tripod, but what about cameras? You do not get any warranty and do not save much.
I have a dilemma to buy a new camera or save some funds. Would like to hear someone's opinion on this issue. |

| I've never bought a used camera or other device, I prefer new things to buy. But I know people who bought second hand SLRs and they work all right, so probably you should try. If you are lucky you will save some money and get a good camera. |

| i did not buy any used equipment - i guess because all my photo equipment is a digital camera, and it is not professional. |

| I share strobe's point - my equipment is limited to a half professional digital camera and I prefer to buy a new one |
