Strange as it may seem, I can make up a list why we shouldn't buy expensive luxarious cars, spend our money for no particular reason as well, what is a purpose to live? We live with our hobbies, interests and habits. We buy according to our wishes :)

10 reasons Not to buy DSLR, it sounds intriguing.
Indeed DSLR cameras are for advanced hobbyist and professionals rather than for a family shooters. |

I disagree, hobbyist may be a family shooter, and vice versa!
