looking out for me this year!
I'm pretty new here so you likely don't know it unless you've browsed my gallery, but I lost my Mom in October. Her favorite flower was a simple red rose. Obviously with the holidays coming up I've been feeling a bit blue . . . . .
But, Mother Nature has my back! I went out to the garden and here's what I found peeking out of the snow - the snow had melted and settled some by time I got around to taking the pic.
Mom must have sent me a message . . . . . |

| So sorry to hear about your Mom. I know how you feel, we lost ours in October of last year. It wasn't a very good year for the holidays. This is a very nice shot of the rose, I do believe your Mom was sending you a message. Hang in there ,it will get a little easier with time. |

| I'm sorry to hear you lost your mother in October ... she certainly had an elegant and gorgeous coloured flower as a favorite. Moms are very special and you must miss yours very much. I too think she was sending you a message. When my mom died 12 years ago, I used to receive messages from her in my dreams ... at least that's how I viewed it. It's wonderful that you were able to take this beautiful picture of a single rose ... what a way to be reminded of your mom. |
