Hey folks - just wanted to let you know that my dog had 9 pups. Unfortunately one was stillborn but the rest are doing great!

3 liver and white and 5 black and white - both parents were black and white.

They are only 16 hours old in these photos. Getting the tails docked today.

What kind of dog are the parents?
Beautiful family of pups!
I love dogs and as you can tell from my uploaded pics, my dog sure means the world to me!

denisebug - they are English Springer Spaniel puppies. They come in two colors, liver (brown) and white and black and white. Both parents are black and white and yet 4 out of five were liver and white. They are a bird dog and great hunters.

So the pups will also have that long coat when they get bigger? I bet in a few weeks they're going to be quite the handfuls! HAVE FUN!

i love my dogs, too. and always have my cam ready when i play with them. i often borrow new born pups from their mom and use them for my models. this pic i'm including now are of two pups born from a mom named Nabi which is korean for butterfly. notice the markings on the base of their tails.
