The prices for digital cameras can get higher in EU, as it is set to reclassify any digital camera with video clip capability as a camcorder, thereby increasing the custom duty and ultimately the price to the consumer.

I wonder what an increase in price to expect. I think it will be hardly noticeable.

I never use my camera as a camcorder. I wouldn't mind if there were no movie mode at all. But i do mind paying extra money for this useless feature.
