Just another idea came to my mind - offer digital photo printing. Tons of people needs and uses this type of service. You might print the pictures yourself, but easier (and much cheaper) way to go is to have some agreement with a secialized company.

Digital photo printing should be a service in demand among your site users. They would like to print their own images or buy/ get permissions for printing the photos of other contest participants.
