It is a third annual competition held by BBC.

You can send them a picture from the list of topics. They have a prize for the challenge winner - chance to shoot a photographic story of your choice which will be displayed on the BBC News website.

I have never entered any contests of that calibre. I think it is for professionals only. If you submit any of your home made shot - they will just remove it. And they are right.
